Marg Huber is the President of North American Institute for Conflict Resolution. She is Director of Conflict Resolution Initiatives for Music For Life, an international children's organization sponsoring relief and development projects in Africa.  She is the past Director of the Centre for Conflict Resolution at the Justice Institute of BC, Canada.

TRAINING

Huber develops skills-based experiential training in dispute resolution, intercultural conflict resolution and peacemaking. She has designed, delivered, administered projects and training programs in conflict resolution and restorative justice.

INTERNATIONAL

She has designed and delivered peacemaking, community building  and conflict resolution training projects in South East Asia, the Middle East (Israel, Jordan), South Africa, East Africa (Uganda, Sudan) for community leaders, educators, military leaders, youth,  grassroots participation.

MEDIATOR

Her mediation and facilitation practice has been varied and primarily focused on intercultural conflict in public/private sectors, First Nations, ethno-cultural and multicultural organizations.  
PUBLICATIONS

She is the author of many articles on mediation and traditional practises of indigenous cultures in current contexts. And is best known for her work on "Mediation Around the Medicine Wheel".

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

She participates extensively at local, provincial, national and international level on boards and advisory committees related to the field of conflict resolution.
