As those engaged in high conflict work learn to function day to day from a deeper and more real level - the level of heart, something shifts. People automatically come from a higher and wider context than is customary and this opens the doors to opportunities and shifts for everyone that would otherwise be foreclosed by narrow thinking and self-interest.

We welcome those who wish to contribute to this site or to share links or who would like to use our material for their own publications or web sites.

If you like our training and want it in your own community, encourage your organization would like to associate with NAICR by co-sponsor any of our training. There are several models of arrangements we can offer, some of which can serve as a fund-raiser.
Our Long-Term Goal
is to extend the reach of the tools and resources of conflict management, peace-building and conflict resolution training and work so that these become available world-wide, through the development of online resources available to libraries, schools, organizations and individuals. NAICR's heart/work training is seed-stock in this endeavor.
